What We Do

One contractor.
Every trade that matters.

A full-service general contractor means you don't have to juggle five different companies to renovate one home. From demolition to the final coat of paint, it's all us.

Kitchen remodel
01
Kitchens

Kitchens that cook well, age well, and live well.

Our Gold Award didn't come from clever photography — it came from kitchens that hold up to real families. We design and build around how you actually cook, where the light falls, and the cabinetry that lasts thirty years instead of ten.

  • Full gut renovations
  • Custom cabinetry
  • Stone & quartz counters
  • Paneled appliance integration
  • Tile & backsplash detail
  • Layout & design consulting
Bath remodel
02
Bathrooms

Bathrooms that feel like somewhere.

As Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodelers, we sweat the details that make a bathroom actually work — waterproofing done right the first time, tile patterns that flow, niches placed where a shampoo bottle actually goes.

  • Full bath gut & remodel
  • Walk-in & curbless showers
  • Freestanding & custom tubs
  • Schluter & Kerdi waterproofing
  • Radiant heated floors
  • Custom vanities & storage
Custom carpentry

Interior Carpentry

The trim work that separates good from great.

Most of the homes we work on were built to a higher standard than today's norm. We work to that standard — custom crown, wainscoting, mantels, built-ins, and fine mahogany detailing that would feel at home in any era.

  • Crown & cornice molding
  • Wainscoting & panel walls
  • Custom mantels
  • Built-in bookcases & storage
  • Base & casing trim
  • Mahogany & hardwood detailing
Windows and exterior

Windows, Doors & Exterior

Weather-tight. On the first try.

We're Authorized Marvin installers and InstallationMasters certified, which matters because a window is only as good as the flashing around it. We install windows and doors the way the manufacturer intended — not the way that's fastest.

  • Marvin window & door installation
  • Replacement windows
  • Custom entry doors
  • Trim & weatherproofing detail
  • Exterior facade work
  • Roof, siding & gutters
Historic restoration
05
Historic Restoration

Brownstones, row houses, and homes with stories.

Old homes have a voice. Our job is to listen to it. We restore original millwork, refinish original stairs, match original profiles — and quietly add the modern systems you actually need (heating, electrical, plumbing) without compromising the character.

  • Brownstone restoration
  • Historic millwork matching
  • Staircase restoration
  • Period-appropriate refinishing
  • Plaster & ceiling repair
  • EPA Lead-Safe certified work
Home additions
06
Additions & Whole-Home

When you need more room — or a whole new plan.

Full additions, basement conversions, second-story buildouts, whole-home renovations. We handle permits, architects (or bring our own), structural engineering, and every trade — so you have one point of contact from concept to keys.

  • Second-story additions
  • Rear & side extensions
  • Finished basements
  • Whole-home renovation
  • Architectural coordination
  • Permitting & inspections
How we work

A process you'll actually enjoy.

No mystery. No disappearing act. Here's how a Platinum project moves from first conversation to a finished home.

01

Conversation

We sit down, walk through your space, and listen. We leave with a clear understanding of the scope, budget, and timeline that actually fits.

02

Design & Proposal

A detailed, line-itemed proposal — not a one-number guess. You'll know exactly what we're building, with what materials, for what price.

03

Build

Our in-house crew handles the work. Weekly check-ins. Protected floors. Daily cleanup. And a single phone number when something comes up.

04

Walkthrough & Warranty

We walk the finished project together, close every punch-list item, and stand behind the work. Our "Quality Guaranteed" doesn't end on day one.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear a lot.

How long does a typical renovation take?

A single bathroom is typically 4–6 weeks. A kitchen gut, 8–12 weeks. A whole-home or historic restoration can run 4–9 months depending on scope. We give you a realistic timeline in our proposal — not an optimistic one.

Do you work with architects and designers?

Yes — we regularly work alongside homeowners' architects and designers, and we can also recommend trusted partners if you need one. We're comfortable on both sides of the plan set.

Are you licensed and insured?

Fully. NJ Home Improvement Contractor License #13VH00983400, plus general liability and workers' comp. We're also EPA Lead-Safe certified, CKBR-certified, and factory-authorized Marvin installers.

What does it cost to get an estimate?

Nothing. Initial consultations and proposals are free. If you want us to bring in an architect or perform invasive investigation on an older home, we'll talk that through first.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Workmanship is warranted for a year beyond the project end date, and we stand behind it beyond that. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, windows, and appliances pass through to you.

Ready when you are

What would you change if you had the right crew?

Tell us the room, the idea, or the whole house. We'll tell you what it takes to get there.
